I guess this is great news but what do they mean by quality? Phase jitter? Q? You need both values, phase jitter to be very very low and Q to be as high as possible (allows more signals per frequency division, whatever that is, how close in frequency can two separate signals be placed and able to be separated back into two separate signals).
I don't see anything quantifying that term 'quality'.
