What is the purpose of this organisation. It's a joke right?
I feel that I have been neglected by the police. I make a complaint.
You know what the IPCC said? I'd left it too late.

I mean what's the point to having an IPCC if they can bury you whenever they want.
Why, I stood up in court on a civil matter less than a week ago and announced that I
wasn't getting any help despite repeated requests.
