A way to track where you spend time on the net, video's, games, whatever, the latency patterns are like fingerprints for the attackers and it is very difficult to stop. Anti virus software is useless for this kind of analysis:

Thanks for the heads up. I'll read the tech article this evening, but the short news blurb suggests that the hackers cannot see whether anyone is watching Netflix or kiddie porn, or playing live chess or in a chat room, so the threat is pretty vague IMO.
