The sunlight reaching those panels clocks in at about half that of Earth, square meter to square meter which comes to about 1 kw/ square meter on top of the atmosphere but Mars, more like 500 watts per square meter so the gist of that is there would be less thermal stress I would think and therefore last a lot longer. The solar cells will probably outlast the rest of the chopper, like the motors.
