is (intraspecies) animal rape less immoral then people rape?

like, animal consumption is considered less immoral than consumption of people. so how about rape?

Do you think we should vote that animal rape is less immoral that people rape? Or should we make it more immoral?

Or, as the title says, should we declare baby rape to be a virtuous act?

intraspecies => between the animals. i don't think voting on it will make a difference. the animals won't know the result of our vote.

part of immorality is the element of disgust. even if you say the animal (or the baby) wasn't hurt and won't remember it and might have liked it, it's still statutory rape. the proportion of immorality obtained from disgust and the proportion obtained from survival goals is subjective.
