The thesis is that we are on our way to lose the potion to do space exploration due to too many LEO-satellites.
My question: Should we regulate more on this to keep options open for coming generations?

@Ponderable saidYes. The "space" in space should be purchased and taxed like property and the money should be used to finance space travel.
