Is that why your memory is so bad?

@Metal-Brain
Good luck with that. 80 years old and I start a new job fixing some complex equipment again. Yeah, memory shot.

Vitamin D like milk or Vitamin D from sunlight?

I drink milk and eat a lot of vegetables but I can't stand the sun. It feels like I'm in an oven.

@Lipareeno
It doesn't take a lot of sun to generate D. Like ten minutes and you get some 20,000 units.
Streak across a diamond like that dude did and you get a bunch if you are naked in the sun🙂
vitamin D in supplements are cheap, maybe 6 or 7 bucks for a bottle, I take 15,000 units a day myself. That is 3 5000 IU pills.

I just started a job inside an Amazon warehouse, fortunately not working for them but an outside party fixing some machines inside but not a lot of sunlight inside that place🙂
