As far as I know the largest animal to be cryrogenically frozen is the mouse. Even there the success rate for revival is about 10% of the frozen mice. If you were to freeze a larger animal you would have problems.

I have heard that you could just refrigerate an animal without freezing it but you would have to figure out a way to block the metabolic cycles that regulate body temperature.
