0 day timeout period

I'm currently playing in a Hardcore tournament (0/21) and won't be doing it again, the timezone differences make it a no-contest and the chessplaying becomes less important than the clock. Obviously they work for same-country players though, so the 0-day timeout option should be available in the New Games screen.
