3 day timeout league/Blocked Sieges

Russ, I was wondering if you could let us know when the 3/7 clan leagues are going to start.

I also thought I should let you know that I have found a blocked siege (i.e. both players are statistically inactive), this is the 21/14, I believe it is the red board. (I am in the queue).
