A chat system

I guess a general chat will be a hard to manage.

May be each clan can have the chat functionality. Meaning you will be only be able to chat with the people in your clan when they are online.

Clans have Private Forums, which are not live but as good as at times. If you get on with your clan buddies that well, exchange MSN contacts.

I do know about private forums. But I think that in certain circumstances, a chat system will be more useful to the clan. Just another functionality to make it more user friendly.
