Activity Summary - improvement?

There is a white square at the upper right corner on the red tab.

When you click It, you are supposed to get the list of games in order after least left time.

But you are not getting it.
It seems that a counter or what ever it might be has some other criteria.

For example, I can get as a first game in order a game from Long Haul Tournament where I have 3 or 4 days left, but I am not warned about 3 7 or 7 14 game where my time bank is depleting.

So, "idea" is to fix this, so that Activity Summary really can warn a player on the games where the scull threatens.

I have asked for this many times but it is still not working correctly
A way of getting round it is go to my games and on the status filter "My Move " then tick least time out remaining .
It works but you have go through the "My Moves " list and then "Opponents Move " to check on skulls and then go through the " games completed " to see if they have resigned
Long winded but you get there eventually
If you just click on Least time remaining you get a list that contains Time+timebank and it throws up a list that is way out of what you require
