Add 'Submit notebook changes' link when it's...

There's already one when you make notebook changes when it's not your turn, but when it's your turn you have to click Submit Move to save the notebook changes. I hate doing this unless I actually want to make a move.

I agree. It would be safer to have this feature updated.
