Hi,

I wonder why the ads RHP uses are stupid 'you are the 999,999th visitor' - ads instead of google-text based ads or something? I don't beleave that RHP-players are stupid enough to click on that kind of ads? The average chess player will be more likely to clik on chess-related or ads targeted on highly educated people? Also clicks from visitors are much more worth when people are actually interested in the content?

Especially non-subscribers who are the least likely members to spend money on crap adverts.
Personally, I would refuse to show any interest at all to anything that is forcibly advertised.

Though, I don't think RHP has complete control over the content of the ads.
