Analysis Board - Separate Settings?

I think it would be nice to have separate settings for analysis boards.

Here's why: when I am clicking through my waiting games, I like to have the board size set to standard (or smaller), so I don't have to scroll to see the whole board.

However, when I decide to analyze a position, I'd prefer to have a large board. Separate settings for the analysis board would solve this issue.

Does anyone have any opinion or suggestions on this issue?
