Auto Refresh & audible alert

How about creating an auto refresh feature so you can leave the "My Games" page on and have the page automatically renew with an audible sound perhaps, so you know it's your turn to move. This way you can be doing something else till you get an audible signal to move. This way you don't have to keep checking e mails or clicking to refresh the page over and over to see if it's your turn to move.
