Automated tournament reminders

It would be nice to automatically send reminders to club members that a tournament has not been filled. Maybe send a reminder once a week.

This could prove irritating for those who have already decided not to play in a tourney after seeing the initial announcement. I, for one, don't want the hassle of deleting tourney notices week after week from my mailbox.

Makes sense -- I support this idea. But only if there is an option for club
members to "opt out" of auto-reminders, because as SG noted it can be
annoying. Dropped out of my few clubs partly for this reason.
