Big Championships

I notice that it is kind of hard for me to see how I am doing in the 2005 championship, due to "site performance issues". I can see that the server showing huge tournament summaries is a performance hit, but two ideas spring to mind - is either practical?

a) If performance limited, only show the group that the user is in
b) If performance limited, show the tournament but prevent the user viewing the tournament again for at least n days (5?).

I know people are (quite rightly) getting impatient for this now.

I will get a quick hack up this weekend to allow you to choose which group to view.
