bookmark threads

I want to remind People of Posts they did after some time (as well as I want to Keep track of the Prose contest entries over the years).

A useful tool would be if I could bookmark threads (preferably witha few lines of comment).

I'm thinking of expanding notifications to forums too. Someone also raised this recently in a forum here too :

Right now, considering :
- Someone posted to thread, I want a notification.
- Someone replied to me (Name mentioned in response), I want a notification.
