I propose any post containing more than 5 words written all in caps be auto-modded.

I TOTALLY AGREE. IT'S UNCONSCIONABLE. THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NO EXCUSE. RECOMMEND A MANDATORY 90 DAY SUSPENSION OF POSTING PRIVILEGES.
