Clearer flags

A lot of visual changes have happened on RHP lately and very good they are too!
My suggestion is to put a thin grey line around each country's flag. At present, flags with white at the edges don't look very good - e.g. Japan, Pakistan, Russia.
Making the flags a bit larger would be even nicer but that's just because I like flags.

To border flags with a green line doesn't make flags with green in them particularly pritty.

That's why I suggested grey - so it won't clash.
