@Chris-Guffogg saidI also think it would be a great idea, it would help teach the co-clan leader how to do matches and everything else that goes with being a Clan Leader. It is a lot of work for one women/man to do especially in the Larger Clans. I believe most of those Clan leaders with Large Clans would agree.
Russ, an idea from the Clan forum which may enhance for a more competitive playing field? Personally like the thought...

Should the Clan Leader have to leave for what ever the reason, there would be someone ready to jump in his seat!

@Chris-Guffogg saidI agree but what powers (ok, powers is pushing it) should they have? And if you're co-leader can you still be leader of another clan?

Ah you mean a conflict of Interest (potentially) hmm, running a Clan competitively is demanding. I have a small squad at Liverpool so it's not that hard but managing a full Clan or say plus 10 in your squad if your playing alot (in my case 80+), I Don't think I could cope.
@Chris-Guffogg
I think it's as hard or as easy as you make it. But yes if you want to challenge in the can rankings then I imagine it requires a lot of work. I wonder how many of the top clans would want a co-leader?
If this is limited to a single deputy, rather than n deputies, this could probably be implemented relatively quickly.
Although, it would be better to support multiple, despite the additional complexity, as it will only be a matter of time until someone asks.
Realistically though, who would need more than one?

By larger Clans I mean clans with 15 or more people in it but the amount could be even lower at 10 as some leaders because of work, may not have the time required. If Co-Clan leaders could also make up challenges it would certainly be a big help for the Clan Leader who could look the challenge over before it was actually put out as a challenge. That could be decided within that particular Clan. Just throwing it out there.
Trevor, did have a good question about could a Clan Co-Leader be a Clan Leader. I would think as Trevor suggested it would be indeed a conflict of interest the co-Clan Leader would just have to be in one Clan and not a Clan Leader her/his self to ensure that didn't happen. I see no reason for them not playing in other clans if they so desired, I like sticking to one but that is me. Sometimes Trevor does come up with great idea's, ok at least good ones. 🙂

@Very-Rusty saidChris you came up with an amazing Idea. Funny, my clan has actually been doing that since Very Rusty joined Breaking Bad four years ago? There is a ton of work if you want to be a big clan and want to win a championship. You are reading stats, all of them, you have to look at games, who players beat, making up challenges can be very taxing. Everything I do, Very Rusty has helped me with everything since he joined. Which was great because I was losing my mind.

Having a Co Captain would really help in all areas and before either of the captains make any choices they can discuss it before placing it into action.
My point being sharing the same power in running the clan is easy if you trust each other. I'm lucky, I have someone who if I left today, could pick it up and do it as well or in my opinion better. Captains should just bounce things off each other and communicate. That is power sharing.
I have been doing that with Very Rusty since he got here. It's no secret we won two championships when he joined, because then we had two of us doing the work and discussing every detail.
It's a great idea and I hope they do it. Well done Chris.

@Russ saidRuss I am on board with co captain and have been doing it for years already. I would like Cardiacsfan / his real name is Colin. I would like him to be my co captain. One day if I can't play anymore due to being sick, Colin will be running the clan. So him being my co captain is perfect. Plus I've done this with other players. It would be easy for us. Please keep this in mind for Breaking Bad. Cardiacsfan is perfect for our teams Co Captain. Please.
