i like to drag and drop my peices so change it so we can drag the piecies too

You don't need to disable anything. If you like to click-move, don't hold the mouse button down. If you like drag-move, then do hold it down. Easy.

Right... there is no reason to disable either option. You either click or drag... and no move is ever made unless you hit the move button.
