Faq should help with postings

Currently the site Faq has a section on forum postings which tells users not to post defamatory messages etc, but does not show how to post text in bold or italic, or how to insert a picture of a chessboard etc.

I suggest the faq should include a summary of the current tags supported in forum postings and what they do.
