Isen't this possible with the play from set piece option??? Im not sure but if its possible to castle the king into a normal castled possition from a square other then e1 but if it is then it shoud be possible to play random chess.

you just can castele the "normal" way. In all games.
And setting up the position should be made by someone independent (eg the site, Russ code)
