I'm a bit lazy and sometimes copying and pasting recommended sources from forums into the address bar is a bit arduous.
If external webpage could be hyperlinked - and open in a new tab - I may be more inclined to check out these sources.
The hyperlink would fit nicely alongside "Insert Smiley" and "Insert Link to a game"
