Two ideas,

1- A link to download in ONE PGN FILE all the games of a FINISHED tournement.

2- A link to download in ONE PGN FILE (also) all the public games of one player.

To summarize, lines get broken at quotes, and hyphens. (Perhaps the line terminator is from UNIX and not Windows?)
