iOS iPhone/iPad Beta on Testflight v4.5.6

This is an open test, so anyone can help by running the beta.

This will require the installation of Apple's Test flight, which is used for beta testing software on Apple's App store.

This fixes the reported problem with preferences being lost on app restart, among other things. It is a maintenance release.

Thank you to the few who are testflight testing this release. 👍

I'll look at pushing to production next week unless anything serious comes up.

This has now been submitted for release, and if the Apple App Gods permit, expect this to be pushed to phones over a phased release of 7 days.
