Move Frequency Calculation

If a player's Move Frequency was determined through calculation (ie.. average time over the past 50 moves) rather than being set by the player, players would have more accurate Move Frequency information before accepting a challenge.

Move Frequency is currently a wildly inaccurate estimate.

Very good point, would avoid us starting games against people who move at different times and speeds to ourselves.

Whilst I accept it is not a perfect measure moves this month gives an idea of activity levels.
