CFT was making fun of another paying member of the site, who argued that the moon landings were faked.
He was not himself arguing that the moon landings were faked.
He was simply making fun of someone else for thinking and posting that the moon landings were faked.

At one point they must have had a list of "witty" comebacks in their private forum.
Each "witticism" was assigned a number and then they would respond to your post with something like:
"139"
And then they would all laugh at their "cleverness"
Reminds me of that game "Secret Signals" that bombed so badly on the british version of the Apprentice.
