I would do this the follwing way:
People I play move slowly, what can I do?
The answer is: nothing. Choose timings that suit you. If you want to be sure to be able to move play a lot of games (you will have to subsribe) or play blitz (no rating).
If you have a suggestion I missed please try typing in lower case.
