I wish you could make notes without having to make a move. Often I don't have time to analyse a position fully but it would be useful to be able to make some notes so that when I go back to that board I don't have to start from scratch again. What happens is that I tend to skip over boards that require some thought, until I get a reminder from my opponent to move.

What's wrong with writing on the back of your hand, like everyone else?
