Old games and rating at the time

I often look back through old games and would prefer if the rating shown were the ratings applicable at the completion of each game, not the current ratings of the players.

This is just for completed games of course.

Thoughts from others???

That could be interesting.

They certainly could be shown in addition to the current rating.

I too would like to see this feature added. Going forward--might be complicated to code, retro-actively.

We have the data...so, should be fine.

This is now available. When a game is complete, the ratings at game end are shown at the bottom of the details tab.

When a player has a provisional rating (one of their first 20 games), and is no longer a provisional player, then the rating could be wildly off their true rating at the time. Something to keep in mind anyway when looking at player's early games.

Good catch.

So it appears we don't have the historical data when the game in unrated (no rating calculation is performed at game end.)

A quick fix - no Historical rating shown when too few moves or an unrated game
