open invites ratings restrictions for newbies

if we subscribe ... then let us go for broke and demand an over 2200 player or whatever - even if we are only 1500.

for a newbie/freebie demand that their rating range of their open invites is either open (accepting all players), or is the smallest range that includes their own rating.

let them know that if they pay then they can choose anything.

Why? You don't have to take up open invites that violate your specifications if you don't want to!
