page refreshment

could you add an automatic page refreshment option so that if one wanted to tick this box the page would refresh at ten second intervals ?

you can press F5 if you need an update...automatic refresh wuould not be high on my list.

no, with refresh on demand, I can't see why anyone would need auto-refresh. Auto-refresh annoys the hell out of me, usually. If I'm looking at something in particular, I don't need the screen insisting I'm not doing it right.

Of course, I wouldn't have a problem with most of these types of suggestions if there was a way to turn said "feature" OFF.
