How about making it so we could rate it by countries to see who is the highes for each country?
kbear1k is the highest rated player flying the USA flag.
I went to your profile and clicked the flag.
Next I asked for a lowest rating of 2000 and came up with a bunch of names.
I changed it to 2300, and found kbear1k was the highest rated from the USA.
