What is wrong with the order? I think it seems logical to mention Site Announcements first. General, which is some sort of wastebasket, seems more appropriate somewhere at the last seat, just in front of Site Ideas, which should be last. I don't see a reason to change seats or persist them at the same place for the other topics.

General - everyone goes there..
Debates - everyone goes there next..
Spirituality - everyone peaks here but hardly post
Meet Opponents - everyone nosy about everyone else
Clans - everyone wants a laugh
Tournaments - rarely used but didn't know where to put it
Posers and Puzzles - the genius threads makes this as good as nothing
Developers - nothing to do with anyone sane
Only Chess - well.. hello..?
Site Ideas - this is looked at by 2 types of people; bored geniuses (like me) and Russ
Announcements - Should be called Russ special
