Recs in Private Forums

They used to be rec-able but it was done away with due to misuse of the rec count system.

So - you would rec a post in the private forum and it would go in the rec list - would it then become an unprivate thread? If not, what would be the use? It wouldn't make much sense on its own to th non-members of that particular private forum, would it?

I would think that there should be a private rec list for members only.
