response to help tickets

I have been writing tickets up since last week and have still not gotten the problem resolved. Going through the proper channels does not appear to work. Please advise.

How many days is reasonable to wait for a bug to be fixed in an active game that has time limits on it? I have already burned through the three day timeout and now through nearly 4 days of time bank. It is not spamming if someone gets off their backside and fixes it.

Russ, can you ensure that the player's game is protected from timeout and his timebank reinstated ?
