There should be a tournament with this name or one similar or maybe completely different but held between once and three times a year where anyone can join it and it should have sections like "novice" for a max rating of 1400 "Intermediate" with a max rating of 1700 and "Expert" where any rating is acceptable.

If you like to play tournaments, be a member of a clan or have any of the other features available to you that come with subscribing.. then pay the contribution, show your appreciation to the site and people who build/maintain it and enjoy it!
