Collect them all and you can make all your banning recommendations from the forum of your choice. That person that annoys you most would be gone for at least a month of the year...and the site is 'enjoying' some added revenue...everyone's a winner !
Note: The club private forum can maintain the posting habits of members that don't pay up or are merely broke, being broke is no excuse...tell that to a copper when you have NOT licensed your car !!

Everyone should be able to one-day-ban anyone they like, but the banner's name and claimed justification has to be posted publicly. Then if it's misused the real mods can take away the banning privilege for an appropriate period, say 10 days for a first offence, 30 days, 90 days, forever.
