It would be nice to be able to Search by subject in the Help Forum in addition to Search by Author. The answers to our questions may already be there.

Or a sticky thread with common queries and resolutions at the top of the page (updated monthly perhaps?)

I would love to see a more robust search function of the entirety of the forums, like already exists in some internet forum software, but I would guess this might slow things like page delivery down a bit.
