you have general forum for all...why not a general forum for subsribers
and one for non-subscribers...the multiple account users can then just
stay there.

Join a few clans then you can converse with subscribers only, in the private forums, where non-subs are barred.

In other words, don't bother combating abusers - just give 'em a forum that they can ruin.
