Why then should they be allowed in the tourney forum? I don't really see the logic in restricting them, but if you want them out of the clan forum, you might as well get them out of the tourney forum.

For the record, I became a sub to join a clan after seeing an "advertisement" in the clan forum. So I think having non-subs in there is a good thing.
