Why not add a "Chess Only" forum that would only be available to subscribers. Seems like this would keep most of the trolls out of the forum and help keep the posts on topic. Most of the inflammatory remarks seem to come from certain non subs. Plus, if the subscriber only forum is popular enough it will encourage more people to subscribe.
