That would take an insanely long amount of time even for a 5-round 1/0 tournament. The only reason that RHP tournaments work is that all the games start at the same time and so can be expected to finish reasonably quickly.
Some tournaments currently take a very long time. Been in any 21/21 tournaments? I am in one which started last July!
