well,all is that some thing happened for me and i couldn't connect to the inter net for a long time
so,i've lost 6 games!:'(
without playing,😕
i can't aCcept this!
i think it's better to make a litte diffrences
it's better to show that i didn't loos,and i just coudn't play any more!

What would be the site change? "Oh, I wasn't able to connect."
Erase lost games? Who's to say you couldn't connect.
Take my 5 or 10 timed games and change them please, I couldn't connect.
Just move on, play hard, and stay connected.
If you often have Internet problems you can't avoid, play 7/14 games.

Give her time to grow up and learn how the game actually works on the net. It is not too long ago that chess was actually outlawed in her country.

Don't believe everything you see in print. Of course, I don't know the person but that profile doesn't look genuine to me.
