If the winner is disqualified as a result, then analyse all the final round games involving the next-in-line.
Repeat until you run out of disqualified machine-users and get a real winner.
That way there aren't so many games to analyse, so it's more likely to happen.
Matchup rates should be publicly posted, so there can be no doubt in anyone's mind of the fairness of the process.
I'd do it myself if I had both the engine and the knowledge of how to use it.
