No they have not. Availability of internet access has not been an issue, and time availability to access the site has most likely increased for nearly all players, so a timeout suspension was not considered.
I personally have not taken a skull since the virus started even though I love the taste of them in normal times
I notice that they are taken by the system anyway after a few days
