The title says it all.

I never read them, I know when I'm supposed to make a move, I have enough mail coming into my inbox as it is, and they're irritating.

Check the first item on the page. No more e-mail reminders....

That's different, there you can turn off the move notifications. Hopscotch means move reminders, those thingies you get when your opponent sees a 'Reminder' button in the My games area. The setting you refer to is to stop any notification when your opponent has moved. Turn it one and see a bulk of messages coming your way.

LOL, I think I'm always getting those two mixed up. I personally rarely have to deal with the move reminders, as I never get them or send them.

Sorry about that!

put a false email address in and then you wont get any. alternativly you could set up a folder in your email account to automatically take all messages from this site into it.
